DEPOSITS

• A $350 payment covers the cost of your puppy, the shipping and the airfare expenses. 

• A $200 deposit is needed to hold your puppy.

• A $200 payment is due when your puppy of choice is 4 weeks of age.

 

Deposits will NOT be refunded, unless there has been an error on our part and we are unable to provide you with your puppy of choice.

If you are on the waiting list and change your mind about getting a puppy, your deposit is non-refundable.

In order to prevent your puppy of interest from being sold, we must receive your deposit.

 

SHIPPING

Final payment and shipping fees must be made 1 week before the planned shipping date or the puppy will not be shipped. If you fail to pick up the puppy at the airport within 24 hours of arrival the puppy will be shipped back. Your puppy will be sold to someone else, NO REFUNDS.

Once the puppy has been shipped back to us, depending on the circumstances, you can choose to pay all the extra fees and have the puppy returned to you.

Please make arrangements if you are unable to pick up your puppy, this is your responsibility. We are willing to work with you to resolve any issues but the wellbeing of our puppies comes first.

 

Shipping is done through Delta Airlines and is very safe. We trust it completely, otherwise we would not be shipping puppies this way. The planes that carry live cargo have a separate room for live cargo ONLY.  This room is built to secure the pet carriers. This room is also pressurized and temperature controlled.

PAYMENT METHOD

• Western Union

• Postal money orders: must be received when the puppy you are adopting is no older than 5 weeks. If you are personally picking up your puppy and paying at that time, do not come without cash. You will not get to take your puppy home with you until we have received cash payment. No exceptions.
